We started by scaling K-beauty globally. We learned the system wasn't built for speed. So we decided to rebuild it.

We began as operators in the K-beauty ecosystem - working directly with brands, manufacturers, and global distribution channels.
Through a B2B2C model, we helped bring products to international markets and saw firsthand how demand is created, captured, and scaled.
But, behind every successful launch, there was a recurring problem:
The supply chain was fragmented, slow, and heavily dependent on manual processes.
Finding the right manufacturer took weeks.
Verifying capabilities was difficult.
Cross-border transactions added friction.
Product development cycles couldn't keep up with real-time demand.
We realized something fundamental:
